Cancelling a dialysis booking

It may be necessary for you to cancel your holiday haemodialysis due to changes in circumstances, i.e. accident or illness. As soon as you know your dialysis will need to be cancelled, ring the holiday dialysis unit and confirm in writing.

A cancellation charge of £40.00 to cover administration costs may be applicable.

Cancellation on our part

We try not to change or cancel your dialysis treatment. However we reserve the right to do so when it is absolutely necessary, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will inform your hospital as soon as possible.
